Meet The Team

My name is Peyton Hutton and I am your Vice President of Community Service. I am from Demopolis High School where I am the President of our Demopolis Chapter. I am also a member of the Basketball team, Tennis team, Student council, and Beta club.

I am exited to serve each and every chapter and member with my best intentions. I aim to help every chapter make a lasting mark on their communities.

Hello Alabama DECA! My name is Bettye Atkinson. I am a senior at Hoover high school and I am a part of our Hoover DECA chapter. I’m so excited for the 2026 to 2027 year to be serving as your vice president of marketing! When I’m not at school, you’ll find me working at the vet clinic, catching content for our Alabama DECA, Instagram, or hanging out with my family. Again, I’m so excited for y’all to see what we have in store this year!

As a state officer for 2026-2027 I hope that we are able to up our participation and make our communication crystal clear.
